Mr. MacPhail’s practice focuses primarily on residential real estate transactions, personal injury litigation and criminal defense including DUI. Mr. MacPhail has appeared in all Connecticut Superior Courts and has successfully argued before the Connecticut Appellate Court. He has served as in house counsel to a Connecticut based Mortgage Lender. He has been practicing in Fairfield County since admission to the Connecticut Bar in 2003.
