Using a consultative approach, BMBG will help companies identify benefit approaches to effectively manage and lower the escalating costs increases associated with employee benefits directly impacting profitability. This includes an array of health, life and dental insurances; consumer directed health plans and a full suite of comprehensive voluntary benefits.

The Consulting Services Group (CSG) has a national focus and was developed to assist health plans with annual premiums of $500M to $2.5 BN maintain their profitability and strategically position themselves for partnerships, alliances, purchase or to remain independent. The CSG will analyze, evaluate and recommend a number of organizational strategies addressing structure, personnel, sales, product development, risk analysis and adverse selection avoidance.
